Something to Smile About!!

OPEN STUDIO this Saturday (August 22) from 12-4: it’ll be short, but sweet, so drop by and check out our new stuff for fall and have a root around in our sale bin.

ARTFUL SUNDAY this Sunday on Commercial Drive + Napier Street from 12-5: come down and say hello, Laura from Cul de Sac will be there too!!

RECENT SHIPMENTS Fall stuff is starting to hit the shelves, with new stock heading out to the following retailers:

Cabin Chic this Fall

It’s still summery out there in the wilds of British Columbia, but it seems even when I’m camping, I think about how to best accessorize my outfit. I’ve been getting lots of Fall 2009 items together at the studio, so whenever fall officially hits, you’ll be ready…… We’re rocking the Canadiana, grab your toque and check it out:

CHINESE LANTERNS, aka Ground Cherries, their fragile lanterns reveal a small fruit inside, but I love them for their rich orange colour, which always reminds me of Fall.

art in the garden

You never know who you’ll see in the garden, but you’ll see me this weekend if you head out to the UBC Botanical Gardens.

I’m proud to have been selected as one of 20 artists who are showing their botanically themed works as part of this year’s Art In The Garden. I can’t think of a more tranquil place to check out our bags, particularly if you have been looking for one of our plant themed images for a while….. I’ll have lots of good stuff with me, so come on down and get acquainted with nature!!

Saturday+Sunday August 8+9 from 10-5 daily at the UBC Botanical Gardens: 6804 SW Marine Drive, Vancouver.
